The Hidden Secrets of Creating Your Own Online System: Part Six
Lesson #6: Using The Keyword System
It's now time to put it all together and start generating Real Time Leads for your business. There are multiple ways to activate your system, and the key is to utilize them all. I'm sure you've heard of the concept, "Multiple Streams of Income". Well, that's great, but I preach the concept "Multiple Streams of Leads". When you have multiple sources of Real Time Leads, your business will never run dry.
If you've never been introduced to the concept of PPC, it's actually very simple. Go to Google and perform an internet search. You'll notice the small ads along the right side of the screen. These are Google Pay Per Click Ads which are targeted to your search. When you Click on one of these ads the advertiser is charged a small fee for that click. Advertisers never pay for marketing that doesn't work, they only pay when a visitor clicks on the ad and visits their site. This is Results Based Advertising, and when you tie it together with a well designed Lead Capture Page and Quick Response Follow up system, you've got a Lead Generation winner.
Keywords
PPC advertising is powered by Keywords. Your local
Market is based on Keywords. To reach your local
Market, it's as simple as targeting those keywords
in your PPC advertising campaign. That's how you can
generate Targeted Traffic based on your local Market
within a matter of minutes.
There's simply NO OTHER WAY to test market a
product, service, or opportunity as quickly as you
can with PPC advertising. Your ads will begin to
appear almost instantly. There are a few things to
keep in mind when setting up your keyword list in
your Ad Words PPC account.
CTR
What is CTR? CTR stands for "Click through Rate".
This is simply a measurement of how effective your
ad is. For example, if your ad is displayed 100
times, and 1 person clicks on it, you have a CTR of
1%. The more targeted your ads are to the right
keywords, and the better your ad copy is written,
the higher your CTR will be.
Cut Your Costs
So, why is CTR so important? A good CTR can actually
cut your costs of PPC advertising dramatically.
Here's how. If you have a CTR of 10% and your
competitor has a CTR of 5% you will pay less money
for the same position ad. This is because a higher
CTR reflects a more relevant search result.
Relevance, and good ad copy are rewarded with
cheaper advertising costs.
