Lesson #5: Quick Follow Up

The question is, how do you efficiently follow up with all of the leads that your lead capture page is generating.

This depends on what type of follow up system you are using. The best way to streamline, and automate your follow up system is to use a tool called an autoresponder.

Autoresponder's are simply a sequential email system that sends follow up messages to your leads without you having to manually initiate the system. When a prospect visits your lead capture page, they need to submit their name and email if they want to receive more information. When they click the submit button this initiates the follow up system and an automated email is sent to them immediately. Further emails can then be scheduled to go out days, weeks, or even months later. This is truly an automated system that is working for you 24 hours a day.

Not only is it automated, but a professional autoresponder follow up system will contact you immediately upon receiving a new lead into your system. This is what the industry calls a "Real Time Lead". Do a little research and find out how much you would pay for a "Real Time Lead". They usually cost between $2.00 & $10.00 each, and in many cases they are shared with more than one person. When you generate your own "Real Time Leads", they're shared with no one. They are your leads exclusively.
